I really want to take this course this fall, I was talking to the College and they said they need more people to sign up for this to go ahead. If you are in the food industry or just a lover of wine, you should do this with me!! If this Cranbrook course doesnt go ahead, anyone in this area who wants to gain this cert will have to drive to Calgary weekly for a couple months, and ya, thats not gonna happen!
