So ya, even with all the rain there has already been a forest fire near Fernie on the Alberta border side, it has already been put out and deemed man made. Idiiioooots.
Half of all forest fire are human caused, DOH!

And if you have a fire on the beach, make sure you totally put it out and not just cover it up, cuz if someone comes along and walks over the hidden coals...they will have 2nd-3rd degree burns on their and wont be able to walk. - saw it on the news last night, some 3 year old walk on one, sad.
