I faithfully paid my cell phone bill on time every month for the last 5 years. During which you never ever mailed my bill to the wrong address, it always came to my PO BOX in Fernie as a reminder to pay.
Last month, for some reason, instead of mailing my bill to BOX 876, you mailed it to 3876. Because of your error, I did not receive my bill and after my bill being unpaid for 11 days(unbeknown to me), you CUT OFF MY BUSINESS PHONE!! ONLY 11 DAYSSSSSSSS??????? And you charged me a late fee?? LMFAO!
Id have to be a monkey to stay a customer of Telus.
I have been debating the Iphone from Rogers for 3 months and I now have my answer.
